We are planning to invest in autoclavefree glass lamination technology. Please send your offer for equipment listed below : 1. double functions kiln: for glass lamination process and for performance of heat soak test. Lamination possible with PVB and Eva foils. with electronic stearing and monitoring system, vaccum instalation - size of glass to be laminated max. 2100 x 4200 ( mm ) 2. climatic storage for minimum three types of foil : width of foil rolls 2400 mm. Humidity level 12 %. 3. assembling tables system with 2 conectors to vaccum instalation each, 10 levels , max. glass dimensions 3500 x 1450. 4. A – shape rack for heat soak test : metal construction with soft parts as bearings for glass. Both materials should resist temperatures up to 290 C. dimensions L x W x H 3800 x 1350 x 1700 mm. 5. pneumatic transportation system on air cushions for load up to 6 tons 6. climatic cabin for assembling glass and foil in temperature 18-20 C and humidity 18%. Cabin must be equiped with : vaccum instalation, compresed air instalation, lift inside and outside for easier glass handling. Minimum dimensions L x W x H 9000 x 4000 x 2800.
